Customers opt in on the contact form at gogoportapottyplus.com/#contact. The SMS box is optional, unchecked by default, and not required to submit the form. Exact live wording:

2. Website is the only way to opt in
Customers can opt in to texts only by checking the box on the website contact form. We do not sign anyone up for texts by phone. Calling 888-460-7725 does not opt you in.
3. What texts cover
Quote follow-ups, order confirmations, scheduling, delivery and pickup, payment links, and customer care. No marketing. To stop texts at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email admin@gogoportapottyplus.com. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
