This Privacy Policy explains how Go Go Porta Potty Plus LLC ("Go Go Porta Potty Plus," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit gogoportapottyplus.com (the "Site"), call us, request a quote, place an order, or receive text messages from us. Go Go Porta Potty Plus is a rental brokerage: we match customers who need portable toilets, ADA-accessible units, dumpsters, and temporary fencing with vetted, independent local vendors in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and Georgia.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number (including a mobile number).
- Job details: job site or delivery address and ZIP code, delivery and pickup dates, the equipment you need, quantities, site access notes, event headcount, and any other details you include in a message.
- Order details: quotes, quote numbers, deposits, invoices, and communications with us about your order.
- SMS consent records: if you opt in to text messages, the mobile number you provided, the date and time you opted in, how you opted in (on our contact form), the consent language you agreed to, and any later opt-out (STOP) or help (HELP) requests.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the servers that host the Site may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use this only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
The "Build your request" helper runs in your browser. The choices you make in it are not sent to us unless you submit the contact form.
2. How we use information
- To prepare and send quotes, and to answer your questions.
- To match your request with a vetted local vendor and arrange delivery, servicing, swap-outs, and pickup.
- To send deposit and payment links, receipts, and invoices, and to process payments through our payment processor.
- To send transactional messages by email and, if you opted in, by text message (see Section 4).
- To provide customer support and resolve problems with an order.
- To keep business, tax, and accounting records, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with the law.
- To maintain and improve the Site and our services.
3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- The vendor fulfilling your order: the job site address, delivery details, and an on-site contact so the vendor can deliver, service, and pick up your rental. Vendors may use this information only to perform your order, not for their own marketing.
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our payment processor (Stripe), email and form providers, our text messaging provider, and website hosting. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, vendors, us, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Text messages (SMS) and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
- How you opt in: by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box on our contact form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- What we send: transactional messages about your quote and order only, such as quote follow-ups, order and delivery confirmations, scheduling and pickup updates, payment links and reminders, and replies to your questions.
- Message frequency varies based on your quote and order activity.
- Msg & data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can opt back in by replying START or by checking the box on a new request.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or email admin@gogoportapottyplus.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Payments
Deposits and payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay by card or bank transfer (ACH), you enter your payment details on Stripe's secure page. We do not receive or store your full card number, card security code, or bank account credentials. We receive limited information from Stripe, such as your name, email, the amount paid, payment status, and the last four digits and brand of the card, to confirm and record your payment. Stripe's use of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site itself does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics, and it does not set cookies to identify you. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies or logs to deliver and secure the Site. If you continue to a third-party page, such as Stripe's checkout page, that service may set its own cookies under its own policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this section.
7. Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: generally for the life of your quote or order and afterward as needed for business, tax, and accounting records, to resolve disputes, and to comply with the law. We keep SMS consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to document consent and honor opt-outs.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, and deletion: email us to request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to keep certain records as required by law or to complete an order.
- Text messages: reply STOP at any time.
- Email: we send order-related emails only. Tell us if you no longer want to hear from us.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children's privacy
The Site and our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
